HeightDecoded started with a simple annoyance: look up any celebrity’s height and you get five different answers, none of them explained. We wanted one place that shows the number, the source behind it and the reasons it might be off.
What “decoded” means here
A height on a press bio is a claim, not a measurement. To decode it, we look at where it came from, what shoes the person usually wears, who they stand next to and how photos and video line up. Then we give you our best number in centimeters and in feet and inches, plus a short note on how confident we are.

How we stay honest
We separate what a person has said about themselves from what other people claim, we don’t invent weights or measurements nobody has shared, and we fix mistakes as soon as someone shows us a better source. Our full process is on the how we measure page.
